Hi Sorors! I am on a mission to be in the best shape I have been in since college. It's a tall order and I will lose 40 pounds by July 2009. I have started by moving my treadmill into my bedroom. Before I go to bed at night I do 1.5 miles, 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. Right now I am doing the "girl" push ups but I will work my way to the real deal military style. Now that we have a dog, I have been walking him in the morning around my subdivision...and he HAS to be walked so I can't pass on my morning walk. So far I have lost 5 pounds ( I started right before the holiday)...wish me luck!

My weight loss goal is about 10-15lbs by my birthday - Dec. 23rd. Although that does not seem like a lot it is difficult to get it jump started.

I have been doing Weight Watchers and have seen a difference but I am interested in finding out more info on the First Fitness Suddenly Slim cleanse. I have used tried different cleanses and it is worthwhile for sure. The waste in our bodies helps to pack on the weight. I have read that depending on the type of cleanse it is good to do it seasonally or at least twice/year.

Please provide any info that you can.

I am very serious about this effort. I have put my money where my mouth is. I am paying someone for personal training. I feel so much better. I am more stable on my feet and am not suffering from the aches and pains I was experiencing before. Join me. I have a weight loss goal but I am not sharing it at this time. Wanna walk????

Hi Sorors...

My weight loss goal is a total of 60 lbs by Easter 2009. I lost 10 lbs in 10 days using the First Fitness' SUDDENLY SLIM herbal cleanse and weight loss plan. The chocolate shake is delicious. The food plan is sound even without the shake and supplements. It's no magic bullet, but it definitely works as a catalyst for permanent weight loss.

So far, I've lost 18 lbs and 13-inches. I've had no adverse side effects or discomfort using this plan. In fact, had I been diligent in using the program every month, I would already be at my halfway point.

As for toning, I do Pilates using resistance bands.
