Current Occupation

HR Executive for a “top five” global consulting organization – my specialization is HR Transformation. I help clients create a fundamental shift in focus, activities, and outcomes to deliver higher-value employee services at a lower cost and to dramatically increase HR’s strategic contribution.

In addition, using my practical experience from Corporate America and theory from my BS(Business Administration), BBA (Finance), MBA (Human Resources), PHR, PMI and pending PhD (HRM and Organizational Behavior), I facilitate HR, Project Management and Leadership courses for a number of universities utilizing both on-line and face-to-face delivery methods.

What do you love about being a Delta?

I love everything about being a Delta....especially all the funny, crazy, intelligent, and inspirational sorors that are also my friends...from the spa days... conventions...conferences...family trips....birthday trips....book clubs.....it has all added a nice layer to my life:)
